HEVC Information-Hiding Algorithm Based on Intra-Prediction and Matrix Coding

Aiming at the problem that data hiding algorithm of high efficiency video coding (HEVC) has great influence on bit rate and visual quality, an information based intra prediction mode matrix is proposed. Firstly, 8 modes are selected from 4×4 luminance blocks in I frame to embed hidden information. Then, Least Significant Bit (LSB) used modulate LSB last mode. Finally, modulated block re-encoded 4 bits secret Experimental results show improves embedding capacity, guarantees subjective objective quality video, increases by 1.14% average.
